Training Methodology

Solution: Skill Building Program @ Gram Tarang.

Objective:

Provide thorough technical training, build cognitive & practical abilities & develop social & behavioral traits of candidates to make them employment ready in specific industry fields.

Philosophy :
  • Region, industry & candidate centric customized training certifications recognized by local & global industry given through 1-12 m residential programs.
  • Leverage existing Networks for Scalability, sourcing competence and cost optimization.?
  • Assessment centres to measure candidate’s skill gaps and provide customized training.

Modular approach :
  • Level A: Basic Technical Skills will be trade specific & will include some bits of final module of on the job training in workshops.
  • Level B: Soft Skills consist of communication, presentation, self management & team building, cultural awareness
  • Level C: Job Specific Skills working on specific equipment & in workshop environment.
  • Other programs will also be conducted such as financial planning for self and family; stress management through Yoga & meditation & we will also conduct.

AIDS Awareness & Sanitation training programs as well as Basic Computer Skills
Daily Schedule
7:30 am Morning Exercise for 45 minutes: Jogging, Yoga
8:30 am Breakfast
9:00 am Classroom Training (Theory)
12:30 pm Lunch Break
1:30 pm Lab/Workshop Training
5 -6 pm Games Hour: Volleyball, Football, Cricket
6 –7 pm Yoga Meditation
7 – 8:30 pm Reading Period with Supervisor
8:30 pm Dinner
10:00 pm End of Day
