How the programme runs
Ashok Leyland was Gram Tarang's first industry partner. The association runs a four-month residential programme for fresh ITI recruits who are then deployed as service technicians across Ashok Leyland dealerships in India.
The Bhubaneswar centre doubles as the zonal training centre for skill upgradation of existing mechanics from dealerships across East and North East India.
