Work-integrated training & apprenticeship
Work-integrated skill training and apprenticeship lets a young person hold a paid job and a formal qualification at the same time. Gram Tarang is a third-party aggregator for the DGT apprenticeship programme and holds a Flexi MoU with MSDE for the Work Integrated ITI.
How it works
Earn from month one.

A candidate is placed with an employer and starts earning from month one
- 02
Contact classes run in a training room inside the factory or near the hostel
- 03
Practical job work happens in the workshop or a nearby ITI we identify
- 04
Assessment and certification follow the DGT or university route, depending on level
An apprenticeship suits people who cannot afford to stop earning for a year. The trade-off is that it takes longer, and it needs an employer willing to release you for contact classes.
